We are the sophisticated Butterflies of the Precious Psi Chapter of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc, founded at the University of New Mexico in the Spring of 2005. We are a diverse organization that accepts those from all different races, cultures, religions, backgrounds, and lifestyles. We promote service in and to the campus and community, and leadership both inside and out of the classroom, where we strive to maintain academic excellence. We are a tight-knit group that encourages all members to grow in experience and knowledge, and are the definition of multiculturalism. We are welcoming to differing opinions, characteristics, and traditions. Our differences are what unite us; we are Sisters of diversity together as ONE.
